The following are the cleaning methods and precautions for high landscape baby strollers, combined with different scenarios and stain levels:
1、 Basic cleaning steps
Disassemble washable components
Soft fabrics such as seat covers, ceilings, sunshades, and storage bags can be disassembled and cleaned separately (refer to the manual for disassembly instructions first).
If disassembly is not possible, a soft bristled brush dipped in neutral detergent (warm water below 40 ℃) can be used to scrub locally to avoid soaking metal parts.
Daily surface cleaning
Wipe the frame, armrests, and plastic parts with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains can be treated with a small amount of soapy water. After cleaning, wipe dry to prevent rust.
Clean the gaps between the wheels with a toothbrush to remove debris and hair, and regularly check the lubrication of the wheel axle.
Deep cleaning of fabric
The detachable cloth cover should be soaked in a neutral detergent solution (such as laundry detergent or specialized cleaning agent) for 10-15 minutes, lightly brushed, and dried in a cool and ventilated place to avoid fading from direct sunlight.
Apply mold or stains to the non removable fabric area with cleaning mud (such as oxygen cleaning particles) locally, let it stand, and then scrub it.
2、 Special stain treatment
Food residues/milk stains
Wipe with a damp cloth in a timely manner to avoid penetrating deep into the fabric. Solidified stains can be softened with baking soda solution and brushed.
Mold spot treatment
Mild mold spots: Wipe and disinfect with alcohol to remove mold spots, or spray down jacket cleaner and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Stubborn mold spots: Apply a mixture of detergent and hot water and scrub repeatedly, or soak in a solution containing oxygen particles overnight.
3、 Precautions
Tool selection
Prohibit strong acid/alkaline cleaning agents and bleaching agents to avoid corroding the frame or damaging the waterproof layer of the fabric.
Recommend using tools such as soft bristled brushes and microfiber cloth to reduce scratching.
Drying and storage
After cleaning, it needs to be thoroughly dried before assembly. A humid environment can easily breed bacteria or cause metal parts to rust.
When stored for a long time, cover with a dust cover and place in a dry and ventilated place.
Regular maintenance
Check the tightness of screws, suspension systems, and folding joints every month, and lubricate the wheel axle in a timely manner.
It is recommended to thoroughly clean frequently used carts every quarter.
Tip: If the stain area is large or the cleaning difficulty is high, you can contact a professional cleaning and care shop to ensure thorough cleaning while protecting the function of the cart.
